Submariner build
Hi All I am interested in building a submariner. I have been building watches for many years and have seen many dials, hands, casebacks, and inserts for sale but very rarely mid cases. Any reason for this? Are they just very rare to replace?
Thanks! |

Because Rolex keeps all replacements. If you send your watch into Rolex to get a part replaced they will keep the old part to prevent things like this. I’ve never heard of people “parting out” their Rolex but it could be a thing.
