Just based on which watch I prefer and would want to wear, it would be the Daytona.

I'd keep the Daytona, you may regret letting it go in the long run.

I owned two daytonas and eventually let go of both. I liked the idea and "myth" im afraid more than the watch. I am not a fan, however of the sea dweller and its a large and heavy watch. If you are like me and wear your watches doing anything and everything, a large watch flopping around the wrist is not ideal. Im also not a fan of the two tone, which I find odd on a tool watch and not nearly as versatile as the Daytona. If you want a larger watch, but comfortable, I would look hard at the Explorer II line or perhaps a minty 5 digit SD, which is larger and more legible than the Daytona, but lasks the heft and girth of the newer models.

I'd not do that as a straight trade. I don't think the SD are in high demand so sell the Daytona and try to find a used SD for a good price.

I own the Stainless SD43 and want the black Daytona. I personally do not like TT watches...especially the Sea Dweller. I would say no.

I would keep the daytona. it's a stunning piece and very hard to get at retail price nowadays (assuming you bought it from AD). TT sea-dweller or even SS sea deweller is relatively easy to buy from an AD.
