You’re going to get about a 50/50 reply me thinks

The blro is hands down my favourite Rolex professional reference so yes I’d make that trade.

Others might not agree and have plenty of ammunition to state their case too.

Get it if you want it...you’ll forget about the price if you have to pay extra as soon as you have it on your wrist!

Yes, BLRO has more going on. No way it would be a straight swap though.

Personally, in a heartbeat. I don't get the fascination with the BLNR at all. My least favourite Rolex with a ceramic bezel by a long way.

I own both the BLNR and the BLRO on the Jubilee bracelet and both are great watch but very different. The BLNR is great looking in a more subtle way that I attribute to the black and blue colors. The BLRO really pops and that is the colors and the shine of the jubilee bracelet. If a trade could be done for 2k or less then I would consider it but not for more.

Comes down to your personal taste, for me it's the BLRO hands down...you get a rich history and imo a more interesting color combo with the BLRO. That said, the BLNR is no snub either...it's a heck of a GMT as well.

Wondering if my AD would do a straight swap. I picked up my Batman II on Jubilee a month or so ago from them and If I traded straight across for the Pepsi they would actually make more as they could sell my Batman as a used piece for a premium while they cannot do that with the Pepsi, or so they say. My Batman is sitting in the safe as I have not had the chance to wear it yet. Not sure how I feel though. Really like the subtlety of the black and blue. The ultimate though would be if you could simply swap bezels. Would love to have both.

Had the BLNR for 5 years. Loved it, but traded it for the BLRO once I confirmed my "go to AD" is refusing to sell me one with me spending a crap ton of $$$ on stuff I don't want to obtain it through him. Said screw it, and went gray (trading my BLNR in as part of the process). Could not be happier.

FWIW, I bought my BLNR back in 2015 for a massive price break. The AD used to love me, and gave me great deals on steel models (aside from Daytona's). That said, I literally made $4500 on the trade pricing differencial, and only had to kick in a few grand to get the days old BLRO. So to me, it was worth it.

Good luck on your quest.

I would not because the Batman makes sense blue for day and black for night and it only adds one extra color blue. Additionally the blue GMT hand is hardly noticeable when your just looking at the time but easy to find when needed. The Pepsi is to bright and the bezel looks pink and purple in some lighting conditions while the Batman is perfect in any light. I went to the AD planning on purchasing a Pepsi with nothing else in mind but after seeing it person was fortunate enough that he also had a Batman and that is what I bought and could not be happier.

Thank you for the input
Yes I am in the fence and while I like the Pepsi , the bat is really one unique piece and has a history with me, took it to Bali 2 years ago
