Best Smooth Dial Dj41

Goes without saying Datejust and Jubilee Fluted is the best option. HOWEVER; If your going to go jubilee/smooth bezel, I think Rhodium Works and possibly this blue/romans.

Seeing both of these in person make you go wow!

I like blue with sticks. Rhodium would be second. Personally find fluted/jub to be a bit much. Fluted/oyster is my favorite looking one but PCLs scratch so easy...

I agree

To me the romans go much better with a fluted bezel on jubilee. They just somehow look to formal for a smooth bezel ... YMMV.

The index markers look better on the smooth bezel (and one step further) oyster to me.

Both nice, in the pictures I prefer the silver but may feel different seeing in the flesh, I don’t think I could live with a smooth bezel though as very anal regarding scratches.

This is exactly how I would choose my DJ as well.

Either jubilee, fluted, and Roman or oyster, smooth, sticks

Best Smooth Dial Dj41

The smooth bezel DJ41 is uninspiring to me. Of course just one TRFers opinion, but IMO, go flutted or get an Explorer1!

I do not mind smooth on dj36 though. Can’t explain my rational, just my tastes after years of looking through pics, trying on watches, etc.

Tend to agree; flutted bezel is the way to go on the DJ

I have blue azurro with smooth on oyster and completely agree, it’s awesome!
