Possibly, but if the economy keeps where it's at, I think Rolex would do a limited kick off so as to control supply and demand.

Seriously, you got a fair deal. Enjoy them and we look forward to seeing the domestic home coming episode with interest! Maybe you'll need to treat the wifey with a lady president? |

1. Think I can ask him to keep the warranty cards open? 2. Has anyone else gotten 20% off a SS Daytna? 3. Do any of the three watches come with a bezel protector? 4. Does the SDDS come with an adjustment tool like they used to? 5. Am I crazy? |

2. No experience on that one..... 3. Even an Explorer II now comes with a Bezel Protector. That's to say that the EXP is the cheapest..... All of them have bezel protectors now. 4. No experience on that one...... 5. I don't think so......If I have money to burn, I'd go the same way too. |

Forgive me for not reviewing the full 21 pages. BUT, are you planning on keeping all of them?

So you're going to get all 3 even if he won't go below 20.5k or is that positive thinking that he'll go to 20k?

This is just old school courtship in the making, a long romance and eventual Rolex bliss.
My last three purchases have been along the lines of the "get your coat, you're pulled" variety. A lethal combination of adrenaline rush and a wallet in the pocket. Maybe that's why I have the occasional "divorce" with the usual financial penalty.

So I figured I would ask this here, rather than create a new thread:
How many purchases does it take to create a "relationship" with an AD where discounts are handed out? I didn't think the GMT-II ceramic was being discounted at all--especially last year--but to get it at 20% off retail is just fantastic. I got mine as a graduation gift, and hopefully will be purchasing the TT or SS ceramic sub within the next year. I know, I could always ask the AD my parents got the GMT-II ceramic at, but I like to do my homework rather than go in blind.
