Who will add new subs inspite already owning previous gen!

Like if you own Sub no date (114060), will you add 124060? Similarly LN and if you own Hulk, will you also add Cermit? Will you add or replace or do nothing?

I owned Sub 114060 and Hulk 116610LV, now I want to add new Sub. Date and new Kermit II.

I think they look good.

I originally wanted the 116610LN and was on the list for one, but since it was discontinued, my AD said I'd get the 126610LN instead in a few months.

Spoke to AD, adding the bluesy and will try on the new 214060. If I like it will order and trade in my 114060. I think I will end up keeping my 114060 though, will be more of a contrast to my new bluesy. Plus will put the money toward the Daytona white dial if it ever comes in.

Add. I would only add the Kermit though. It’s just different enough that it wouldn’t feel redundant

62% will add or replace meaning it is a hit despite negative commentary

The silent majority has spoken via secret ballot

I would like to add a 124060, but expect it will be a long wait.

82% would add or keep existing, only 16% would trade in, which tells me most like the new one, and maybe add but not enough to replace. Which I believe is expected with a refresh.

Right on JRell! I really like the new Subs, but it’s a bit too similar to my existing Sub.

I may add the Sub no date, if given the opportunity. The others don’t interest me.

Would have no problem adding as the new one is lovely but I’m not a multiple sub kind of guy so would pass

love a cermit. as if i will ever actually see one in the flesh. much less have an opportunity to purchase. some things are too exclusive and elusive. diminishes the fun

It's hard to say. It won't become clear until I can try one on in person. Two years ago I walked into an AD with the intent of buying a 116610, and was so disappointed with the lugs/proportions that it triggered a quick reorientation towards finding my prized 16610. The new pictures show that the submariner design is back on track, but I've only got one wrist. It will need to be really great to unseat the current champion.

The poll doesn't give me an option to express my vote :(.

If the 126610LN is available I will have a look at it.

But I would say that would be zero chance in Oz.

No the only thing about the new one I want is the movement. The other changes don’t matter to me

The only true answer was not provided as an option in the poll: I will decide after I try it on in person

Most will end up buying a new Sub - just a matter of when ;)

I think most people were reacting to the spreadsheet - and making a big deal about the 1mm

The rest of the negativity is more likely directed at the lack of actual changes despite the Hype building - after the initial sting of the blue SS Sub not being a reality, many have come around.

The sub will always be the sub - I have a Hulk, and a YG Blue.. a new gen smurf with blue dial will be on the buy list if they ever make it.. otherwise I'll hold out for a Pepsi
