Can this still be considered a real Rolex?
The seller has replaced many parts of the watch, including the movement. Is this any different than a replica? How much should this be worth?

It's not a replica, it's a frankenwatch, as described.
Wouldn't be worth much to a true mechanical watch enthusiast, but it's amazing what some folks will pay good money for.
