The only reason you think you're collection is complete is because your storage box is full lol. Get another one and start over

Great collection you have built.

I think one can be content with a collection. But to say “it’s over” is hard. Because the appreciation for watches exists in the first place, it will always be there. Tastes may evolve, something new may come out. So there may always be an element of enticement due to the nature of the appreciation. But it’s certainly admirable to come to the point where one feels very content with the collection.
