Could someone help me out with some dials?
Here in the future I’m going to pick up a 116000 36mm OP, I originally intended it to be a surprise gift for my mother.
I realized just the other day that like myself, she uses her watch for the date function too. So I’ll have to get her a DJ down the road As I’ve already committed to the watch. I plan on picking it up and just keeping it for myself. It currently has the red grape (purple) dial. Honestly I think it’s a marvelous color. But I am tempted to have it swapped for something else. If anyone has a comprehensive list of the different dials available for the 116000 I’d really appreciate looking at it. Ive seen the usual suspects on google. But it’s hard to find them all in one spot. Thank you, Brian |

^ Those are the new dials.
As far as the 111600 goes: • red grape (yours) • white grape • black • white (my favorite) • steel (which was a dark silver) • blue with the 3/6/9 numerals • silver with the 3/6/9 numerals Also I think there was a rare black dial with the 3/6/9 numerals for the Japanese market. |

.
Previous picture is for the new OP 36 model 126600. They won't fit the 116000 , most probably. Anyway Rolex AD will refuse to install any one of them on your 116000. Depending on the years some or all of the following dials have been available for a 116000, the 2nd collection with double indexes has come in 2014. |

A detailed search on Chrono24 gives a pretty good idea of what was available in the 116000:
https://www.chrono24.com/search/inde...2015&year=2014 And here's a little writeup comparing the 116000 to the 126000: https://millenarywatches.com/oyster-...000-vs-126000/ |
