Newer 36mm DJ Jubilee on 5-digit GMT

We all know the now discontinued super jubilee from a 36mm DJ fits 5-digit GMTs well, but has anyone tried a jubilee from the newest model 36mm DJ on a 5-digit?

The 5-digit jubilee is a magnificent bracelet. I will never change it. Besides it would not be an original Datejust. It would be a Frankenstein

Well not everyone is so strict about swapping genuine Rolex bracelets across different watch models and calling such watches Franken watches.

To the OP have not seen yet anyone who has answer that question, hopefull soon someone with both, an older DJ and a new one can do the test and inform us.

Pretty much, perhaps I’m not a Rolex purest.

I have a 16710 and looking to buy a newer 126234, just wondering in my head if a swap is possible, otherwise might consider a model older on the DJ.
