Issue - Cant get a good enough look at the distant shots, but this seller has recently purchased a hangtag (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=130297125400) which is pictured in this listing, (sneaky) if this watch was only warn a couple times you would still have box and all accessories. I smell a doytona scamerona.

Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 116520- stainless steel oyster bracelet, white dial, sapphire glass and in mint condition.Only worn twice and is a fabulous watch, comes with its original box and papers. There is no reserve on this item so only genuine bidders please!!!

Looks like a fake pillow used in the fake counterfeit boxes from the mid-1990's.
