What is your tool watch doing?

When the function of the tool watch has nothing to do with the task at hand, you’re simply left with a tool wearing a watch!

Show us what your tool watch is doing that’s unrelated to what it’s made for.

Tool watches surely you must be joking afraid when Rolex were used a proper working tools was a long time ago my SD was used a working tool underwater for many years. But as for most of today's Rolex watches in general they get such a pampered life they could make them from glass.

Below my own true working tool watch SD.

It’s olives picking time in the Mediterranean also. Lovely pic.

Good question!

I travel internationally extensively and use my GMT Master's functions alot. Hard to understand why all of these desk warriors have a Submariner/Sea Dweller. Just saying

Nice watch but would look better and be more comfortable when worn slightly above the wrist bone.

Pipe layer is for laying pipe but every once in a while I will jump in the ditch if the guys need a hand.

So buying and wearing a watch that’s rugged yet gorgeous and has a pedigree of dependability in most any situation makes me a tool to you and others? In that case, I will wear the badge proudly knowing I bought and wear a watch that will keep up with anything I throw at it while the majority are afraid to get theirs wet or dirty.

This is where I normally wear it. However I have smaller wrists and an odd shaped wrist bone. I need to have a permanent link taken from the 6 o’clock side for it to be tight and not slide towards 12 o’clock, I just haven’t done it yet.

Self deprecating humor, mate. Nothing more, nothing less! I’m with you, laughing at those who take a sub off when washing their hands!
