Oyster Perpetual bracelet size

Hi TRF

I expressed interest in the turquoise dial, Oyster Perpetual 41 and picked it up today after trying it on in the store. It looks amazing, the colour is much fresher and pastel than the intense representation on the Rolex website.

The bracelet only needed a single link removed whereas normally, all my Oyster bracelets have required two links removed to snugly fit my 7 inch wrist.

Is the Oyster Perpetual bracelet shorter in general?

Congratulations on the new watch. Please post pics when you can.

Interesting on the bracelet size. My wrist is 7 inch as well. And just like you, for most Rolex/Tudor watches, I take out two links. Got a BB58 a few months ago, and took out two links. Last year I got a new DJ36 and didn't have to remove a single link.

I've ordered an OP41 and your post gives me a heads up on what to expect on bracelet length/sizing. Thanks.

Pictures of the new Oyster Perpetual 41, turquoise dial. The case is slimmer than the Datejust and Milgauss. I wasn’t sure how the 41mm case would fit but I’m happy with the way it looks.

Thanks everyone for your kind appreciation. I can see this being a keeper and me being tempted by other dial colours. How cool would it be to own the full set?

Wow! Stunning watch and great photos!

Maybe this has already been asked and answered but how wide is the bracelet on the OP 41 at the end links? I’ve looked on the Rolex website, but it doesn’t say.

When trying the watch on at my AD, I did notice that it fit me almost perfectly as is, guessing it would only need one link removed to be spot on. I generally remove two links from my other Rolex watches. My wrist is 18.5 cm / 7.3 in.

Hey guys, I also have a 7 inch wrist. While I only had to remove 1 link from my OP36, I am having a hard time getting it to fit properly because I am not sure if that link should come off the 6:00 or 12:00 side...

How many links are you guys using on the 6:00 side? I have tried with 4 and with 5 and the watch head keeps rotating around to the outside no matter what. I might go back to having 5 on the 6:00 side, take the 1 link off the 12:00 side, and then move the micro adjustment in by 1 notch on the clasp. Right now mine is at the fully extended length.

And damn, that turquoise dial is really beautiful!

I have a 7.5 inch wrist and I use the entire bracelet plus Easylink open for it to fit. Definitely a small bracelet.

My Tissot needed 1-2 links removed.
