Submariner SS Date parts question

New to the forum. I have a Submariner SS Date and lost the SS crown and tube and wanted to know if these are universal parts or if I need more info on the watch. The serial # is RS5998811. I can find the parts online, but don't know if the sizing is correct. I would be interested in purchasing if anyone has these parts.

Thanks,
River47

If you've lost the crown and tube, your watch is probably way overdue for a service. I would just take it to a watchmaker and have them service, supply and install the parts needed.
Just my

p.s. That serial number... where did you find that? Coz that doesn't look like a Rolex case serial number?

Thanks for the input

I took the watch to Ben Bridge and they got the serial #. I probably should just buck up and have the full overhaul, he showed me signs of rust on the threads for the crown.

thx.

I have had Ben Bridge service several of my watches, they do great work and have a Rolex parts account.
