The perception that a watch only runs fast when magnetized is a proven fallacy.
Mostly they do run fast due to springs sticking from being magnetized, but most modern watches have non-magnetic springs. There are other movement issues with magnetism that CAN cause timing to be slow. You could check for a suspect magnetized watch by using a compass or a phone app. And as always - Rolex will address it under warranty. I suspect that there is a movement [lube?] issue that has nothing to do with magnetism.
