I’m selling a 38mm 18K yellow gold 1948 Vacheron Constantin with a cloud pattern guilloche dial, here are the details:

Dial: Near mint condition silver cloud pattern guilloche dial with yellow gold hours and hands with a blued steel seconds hand.

Case: Excellent condition 18K yellow gold case stepped lugs showing only light wear. Parts of the case and lugs have taken on a rosy patina.

Movement: Vacheron Constantin manual winding calibre P454/5B movement is in good operating condition, keeping good time. The service history is unknown.
