I've had my eye on this bad boy for a long time and finally pulled the trigger.

It has a brand new bezel insert. I'm looking forward to watching it age/fade over my many years of ownership.

From what has been written on here for the last few years, RSC will not swap out to bezel inserts other than what the watch originally came with. The factory papers show this, but for those buying a 16710 without papers, you really have no way to know what bezel color it was originally. There's also no way for the rest of us to turn a serial number into an original bezel color to confirm any of this before a purchase. So it kind of sucks if you are buying a beat up specimen and wanting to have RSC make it "like new" again yet you don't really know what new was.
