White Dial Romans -Dj41

Anyone else noticing the white dial Datejusts gaining a little more popularity?

I wouldn’t dare say it’s overtaking blue/Azzurro but it’s getting close.

Rhodium had a good run as well!

Maybe it’s just me- what are your thoughts on white Romans vs Blue Romans on dj41?

I am not a fan of Roman dials...except the olive green one on a RG DD40, mainly because I like the simple look of the dial but also like the glow in the dark functionality. Either way, I had a white dial DJ41, and while I liked it, I didn't love it, so I traded it in at my AD for a blue dial, jubilee, fluted version. About as different as two DJ41 configurations made of steel can be. Love the new watch!

I went in for the white, sat for an hour with white on one wrist and blue on other..... Ended up with blue. Love how stunning it is in different lights

+1

Not a fan of romans neither mainly becauae the lack of lume, prefer sticks or arabics in general. Dial color wise have owned white / sticks, blue / arabics and blue / sticks and prefer blue over white

I like the white dial date just models because the date wheel matches

I had a DJ41 with the Azzurro Blue/Romans dial. Jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel. Pretty watch, but I tired of the blue. Ended up selling it within 4-5 months of buying it. It was an impulse buy.

I think the white dial with Romans looks better than any of the blue dial variations. Then again, I tend to gravitate to black or white dial watches.

I had the blue azzurro version but equally like the white.
The key is any dial with romans looks so much better than the totally boring stick dials in my opinion

I always liked the white dial on a DJ. My first Rolex was a Roman white dial. I like how the date blends as well. I have a Wimbledon now and and really enjoy it's character. Also for me lume is over rated and not there when or if you need it anyway.

I really really liked how his watch pop when I watched this Netflix series. Since then I want a white dial. Anyone can identify the exact model? It looks like a DJ36 but I'm not sure... Thanks

It looks really good on that Day Date, that's for sure. I prefer the sticks on the DJs.

Love that show, never noticed his watch though. The Professor wears a vintage watch, looks like an Omega to me.

I don’t think Berlin’s watch is a Rolex. I picked up on it last year while watching the series but I could be wrong.

My 36mm, white dial Roman numerals DateJust, gets the most wrist time. It truly is a classic Rolex.

My sentiments exactly! Must include a fluted bezel on a jubilee bracelet!
