A SEAL wearing a shiny, reflective watch to ops?

Check out Jocko, a Timex guy.

Cool thread.

I came across people on Ops that wore nice watches, not many but there were some. But the story of the 7.62mm round all sounds a bit suspect. I'm not saying it couldn't happen but it sounds far fetched.

I've got a couple of 'combat worn' watches, I had an Omega posted out to me in Afghanistan via BFPO. I bought it from a UK store and it was posted out to me via Royal Mail, so I could get records of the sale + postage if I really needed to prove it.
I might put it on ebay for £20k over list price

If he wore it there then 100% he'll have photos of him wearing it there, everyone has photos of themselves in theatre and if he is a watch guy then there will be a photo of him wearing it there - he could blank his face out.

Not that it makes any difference, it's just a watch with a damaged dial worn previously by an unknown bloke on a tour of duty.
