I like it better than the Daytona
The Zenith Chronomaster Sport, With The El Primero Caliber 3600
It's hard to say here, but it's my personal taste. Does anyone "crazy" feel the same way? Please don't kill me. |

Looks great. I like it better. The larger size works well.

Very nice although I’m not sure how I feel about the subdial variations?!

It does look better than a Daytona but unfortunately only one of them is made by Rolex!

The subdial colors are bad.

One of them no doubt will be available at a discount within the year and it won’t be the Rolex.

Zenith movement is truly beautiful, case-back looks breath-taking. Actual availability (in contrast to the BS of the Rolex market) is definitely something I appreciate from Zenith. Love that you can order it straight from their website.
That said, the Daytona has better case proportions, thinner casing, and far superior bracelet and clasp. The bracelet and clasp alone would push me towards favoring the Daytona. I wish the competition could understand that 50% of the watch is in the bracelet and clasp. So many missed opportunities. |

All good. I think it's a fantastically handsome watch. I like the splash of color in the sub dials. I could be happy with either one, but would probably pursue the white-dial initially.

I’m totally indifferent to the Daytona. The Zenith has always been a grail.

The contrast of the coloured sub dials are amazing. The Daytona will never happen for me unfortunately, but the Zenith might.

I'd take the Zenith over the Daytona; the Zenith has a date window, 1/10 of a second chronograph timing increment, and a $10 k price tag (less with likely discount). Rolex used the Zenith chronograph movement in the Daytona for years, so this new Sport has the right DNA.

Larger size is a plus; the movement is first rate, overall a good looking watch, just not sure about the subdials. Haven’t seen one in person, but then, I’m not a big chrono guy.

Multi color subdials is distracting. Otherwise, very nice.

It’s a cool watch. Only drawbacks: the clasp and the thickness. Otherwise, it’s a huge home run for Zenith. Zenith only moved 11,000 units last year... and that number has be closer to 30,000 to justify its existence for LVMH. This model should afford them a very successful 2021.

As I stated in another post on the Chronomaster Sport , over the Daytona I like the legibility, size , non screw down pushers and date function .

I like the larger size, date, easier to read, lower price. Might accelerate the update of the Daytona.

I like it a lot. Would get one rather than wait for an SS Daytona.
Rather pay AD for one of the Oysterflex Daytona than wait for SS. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This is the one that measures to a tenth of a second, where the sweep seconds hand rotates once every ten seconds. I love the styling better than the Daytona, the colored subdials, the extra size, the date function, the display back, pretty much everything about it is better in my book. I am actively planning to buy one, where I've had at least three Daytonas of various dial colors trying to warm up to its look, but never could. Great looking watch, congrats!

The 1/10th of a second chrono function is a little gimmicky and the bracelet and overall feel of the Daytona is more solid. That being said, the Zenith is a great watch......but no Rolex.
