well. where do I start? :)

Waltham has nothing to do with this watch. Aaron Dennison had left Waltham (American Watch company, the company he co-founded) around 1864 or so and went to Birmingham to start his case company and to import Walthams.

Although Waltham has, really, nothing to do with this watch, the watch has clearly been altered.

could it be a rolex or a tudor? Sure. But unlikely. the dial would have to be removed to be sure. And the dial is a very poor repaint job.

Many early rolexes had Dennison cases that did NOT have the word ROLEX on the cases.

tough call, but I would vote for "bogus"
