Very nice looking watch & Auction, unfortunately seller is asking for 3% paypal fees.

I think L.C. does not like this practice...

...MOST international countries CAN charge the 3% PayPal fees. It is because of their respective agreements with eBay within MOST countries, EXCEPT the US.

...as unfair as that seems, that IS the way it is!
