Rolex submariner 114060 no date

Can an expert please help me with this dilemma I have...what year of the Rolex submariner reference #114060 no date came out with the center polished links? Or does 114060 even have polished center links and clasp?

Can I have some other Rolex experts tell me if the newer ceramic bezel submariner reference #114060 ever came out with center polished links on the bracelet please...

Hello, Rolex expert here. I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the haute horology, and I have over 300 confirmed Rolexes.

There is no Submariner with PCLs.

I really appreciate all your help, because I just seen one today at a jewelry store on a polished center link and clasp bracelet, it look sweet as hell although it is not authentic to the submariner. I was thinking of purchasing said watch, although now because of my Rollie experts saying otherwise, I will pass on it, thank you everyone for chiming in

It never had center polished links. Maybe the previous owner swapped it out with the 116710 bracelet?
