DJ 41 Azuro blue

Hi everyone,

I tried searching for a thread on DJ 41 Azuro Blue dial on roman numerals but couldn't find it. Honestly, anything I search for always turns up blank, I think I'm not doing it correctly
Anyway, I haven't seen one in real life and I'm really tempted to order one online since even the Datejust 41's in Dubai are on a very very long waitlist.

If anyone owns one or has had the chance of viewing one in real life - what are your comments?
I currently own a DJ II blue dial which has a very dark shade of Blue, more like a black under certain lighting. I feel attracted to the Azuro blue dial atleast in pictures, any comments from the people who own one or have seen one would be great.

BTW I'm getting a domed bezel on an oyster bracelet. For some reason the Jubilee is 20% more expensive

Thank you in advance!

I owned one, a 2019 model that had to be returned to Rolex in August 2020 due to having the well known low amplitude issue that plagues the current 32 series movement.
I had it “fixed” and by December 2020 it was running badly again so I gave up and sold it!
I’d recommend buying the older DJII version, the watch will cost less plus be totally reliable as it has the proven 31 series movement

Maybe it's because it's "Azzurro" with double Z and double R. "Azzurro" is an Italian word that means "light blue".

I already have the DJII with a dark blue dial.. But thanks a lot for the feedback.. I'm reconsidering making this purchase now - is the low amplitude issue very common in the watches?

Lots of threads on here about the issue
I ignored it thinking mine will be fine but it wasn’t!
Having owned various Rolex watches for the last 30 years it’s the first time I’ve ever had an issue, all the older movements are tried and tested with proven reliability

Would you still not recommend it even if it's under warranty at an AD 10 mins from my house? I read up a little on the issue and found that rolex happily fixed the issue free of cost but the problem of low amplitude would come back a few months later.. what a bummer

The issue is that even datejusts (ss) are on long waiting lists here - I'm paying approx the same price for a 1 year old piece compared to something brand new out of the boutique
