Opinion on rubber b band color BB58

I recently acquired my Tudor BB 58 in blue. I am trying to decide on which rubber b color. I know it’s a blue dial and
blue bezel, but would a black band look out of place? I’m not sure if the blue band would just be too much blue even though it matches the rest of the watch.

Did you look at the Vanguard rubber band for BB58 blue?

Scurfa makes the perfect blue rubber band- it was color matched to the dial as I recall.

I was just trying to remember the other brand of straps, I will look at vanguard as well. I have some credit available with rubber b, that’s why I was thinking of using them.

I’d go with blue, but I’d never take the bracelet off to begin with.

Have you seen the “Tropic” rubber strap, part of the Synchron group. They also make the classic “Isofrane” rubber strap. I’ve owned the Isofrane, quality is excellent.
They are not curved end, on a classic watch I like the gap!

Well, I guess my instincts of getting the blue were right. Thanks for the input.

Get the white one if they offer it, for the spring and summer months, then navy or black for the fall/winter. You'll never get tired of the BB58.

I also have the blue vanguard rubber on my BB58, it’s a great colour match and the quality of the rubber and fit between the lugs is great.

It’s your watch, but I wouldn’t put black rubber on this watch. You want something that works with the blue, not against it.

After seeing the blue strap on it, I'd go with the blue!

That Vanguard strap looks fantastic for the price. I always found getting the strap on is the easy part, but how cooperative is that strap when trying to pull back to remove the spring bars?

I would get a blue sail cloth strap. The texture more closely matches this watch imo...
