Hello~
Wondering if the crown on the Cartier Tank Americaine(steel version) are interchangeable with other Tank models?
I find the crown on my Tank Americaine very difficult to wind due to my fat fingers

Any help appreciated!

I'm not sure that it is interchangeable. You should try calling 1800 -Cartier , ask for their customer service department and ask them to look into the possibility of changing crowns.
