Wow! That’s probably common knowledge around here lol. I’m learning as I go :)

So, the zenith movement had 72? I wonder who got to 70hrs first...

Zenith movement wasn’t 70 hours it was like 50-60 iirc. 4130 or whatever inhouse rolex movement was is ~70 hours

"If I’m correct, we saw the 70hr power reserve with Tudor before Rolex"

That was your statement and you're not correct. Daytona calibre 4130, yachtmaster 2 calibre 4161, skydweller calibre 9001 all had 72 hours pr way before any Tudor.

It's interesting, I find some timepieces with 'low' resistance worn daily seem to 'drift' faster as there are magnets in various devices used often. Usually plus five to ten seconds per day than 'normal'. The Panerai 1118 and Bvlgari Octo, to name two, suffer this situation. A quick visit to the demag and accuracy goes back to normal.

The METAS Omega Speedy does not drift, I expect the Tudor to be the same.

And will add the Daytona was the first Rolex watch to have the parachrom hairspring but back in 2000 it was more of a grey colour. Now its more of a blue colour by a chemical oxidation prosses, but still basically the same as the ones in the Daytona from 2000 when the cal 4130 was introduced.
