Black Dial SS Daytona Zenith vs New

Somebody here said "I like the look of the Zenith Black Dial Daytona over the newer Black Dial Dayona dials." Really? What is the difference.

Obviously on the Zenith White Dial Daytonas the sub dials are black as compared to the new ones with silver sub dials...

but what is the difference between a modern SS Black Dial Daytona Dial and a Zenith Black Dial Daytona Dial?

Can anybody tell me? Pics for comparison. I have a Black Dial Zenith Daytona and I'll be darned if I can tell the difference...

Well the biggest difference sub seconds at 9 o'clock Zenith, and at 6 o'clock on the in-house dial but other wise very similar.

I think that the White Dial Zeniths are a bit easier to read than the 4130's because of the more contrasty hands and subs...

I agree though...the black dials are pretty much the same look......

The sub dials at 3 and 9 run along the centre line of the watch on the zenith, on the newer rolex movement model they are slighty above the centre line.. approx 7'5 degrees up..
