I bought the DD new in September 2008 (Z serial) and it hasn't been off my wrist since except for bedtime and bath. I don't intentionally abuse it or expose it to extreme situations but I do wear it daily and I'm extremely pleased that it's not showing anymore wear than a SS would.

It does get a weekly wash with some liquid soap and gentle rubbing with my hands.
