TT Daytona, CHNR, or even classic Datejust makes more sense to me if you are jonesing for some TT to complement your Sub.

If you know you’ll wear both then no it’s not redundant at all.

I would personally consider it a bit redundant and would consider a TT RG/SS YM or CHNR to add greater variety.

Going for a TT GMT in addition to my Sub, seems to be a good combination.

Not at all. I really like the 124060 and TT Bluesy combo as example. Very different watches. Some people only collect subs.

Nothing is redundant with watches.
You wouldn't have a tool box with only one screwdriver, or a closet with only one pair of shoes.

Does adding a TT Sub to a SS Sub render the SS Sub redundant?
No. At least, not in my collection. |

Absolutely not make it a totally different watch.
Me personally would for 11 and a 12 series so the shape is a little different and dials slightly vary whilst having all of the perks of a modern watch. |

I have a 14060 non date and a 16613 blue. Definitely a different look between the two watches. I find my self wearing the 14060 more often.

If it’s the one you like it, you should get it. You’re collection should just be the watches you like the most

Having an SS and a TT in your collection adds variety, and a little bit of class!

I have both and think they make a good pair. My TT is a black dial for reference.

It's not redundant if you collect dive watches or have a large collection.
