There was no indication from the RSC that the crystal was aftermarket, if so, I would of had them replace it with a genuine part. The cyclops was this way before I sent it in, but since there was no mention of it being aftermarket so I figured it was genuine. I have a 16610 (1999 A serial) that does not have this issue, date is clean and clear. This Exp II is a K serial (2001-2) so no cyclops anti-glare.
