HELP... new Rolex owner...well I've had it for 18 months.

it's driving me crazy now.

my watch loses approximately ONE minute a day- so 7 minutes per week.

so i have been resetting my watch weekly....now I need to ask?

anything i should try or do I just sent it in for warranty service?

i wear my watch every day- getting annoyed that my Tag Heuer and Shocks keep better time.

Sounds like you're going to be disappointed with your watch win, lose or draw.
I'd stick with your quartz watches if I were you.

Regardless, the Rolex simply needs to be sent back to be sorted. It is under warranty after all.

Bumping this as I don't want to start a new thread on the same topic.

My SD43 has been running 4 secs slower yesterday ( I could live with that) and today 16 seconds....I've been putting the watch crown up. Does leaving it dial up actually helps or should I send it in? I've had the watch for a month

Are you the first owner?
You can try a different rest position, but from - 4 s to -16 s in one day indicates an issue with the 3235 movement.
