What would you choose Daytona YG Meteorite or Platinum
If offered by AD at MSRP what would you buy, the YG Meteorite or the Platinum.

Two beauties but the platinum is the clear winner for me.

I would love to have both but Platona is the winner.

The new YG Meteorite is so beautiful but buying one from an AD at retail, never going to happen for me I’m afraid.

I have to respectfully disagree.
The platinum Daytona is the most special watch that has ever adorned my wrist. It’s presence is like nothing I’ve ever seen or felt since. It made my SS Sub feel like a plastic toy. But hey, that’s just my opinion. The world would be a very boring place if we all liked the same thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Make it the RG full bracelet meteorite and I will take over both of the above.

Platona- more understated, goes well with the meteorite dial. No one but a WIS would know it’s PM. YMMV

Does the platinum have the same warm tone as WG or does it look like SS? My WG Daytona is pretty heavy, I have to imagine the platinum has to get heavy after wearing awhile. Or maybe I just need to workout more.

YG hands down - keep in mind the raw material is actual more expensive plus the meteorite is to die for!

Platona for sure.
To my eyes, YG and the meteorite dial does not rhyme well but IRL I could change my opinion.

My preference would be the RG meteorite. But I’d take even the YG meteorite over the Platona.
