Approx. RSC Costs [UK]

Good evening all,

I’m looking to have my wife’s YG Lady-Datejust 69178 serviced and am considering RSC [UK].

Before I go down that route, can anyone advise on approximate costs for this model?

Many thanks.

That would sound on par. My no-date was about £550

OP, you can call them for a quote.

Thanks; I wasn’t aware of this. I thought they would only give pricing if actually in receipt of the watch at the RSC.

They'll give you a standard serving costs (if non exceptional vintage) but you might need replacement parts which Rolex will only be able to notify upon receipt and inspection. Some may be optional (ie: bracelet / dial), some may be mandatory (ie: oscillating weight).

Had my partners lady DJ serviced at RSC Kings Hill about 6 months ago. From memory it was about £550. GMT2 about £700.

If a Rolex was previously serviced by a non-RSC will RSC service the watch? Can you also request that the not polish or replace things like hands and dials? Basically will they just service the movement?

Yes, they will just do the work you want. No need to have it polished.

They'll take it in and contact you with a list of options and you say what you want. Previous service history won't be an issue but I don't think they'll work on it and leave any non - Rolex (if any were used in the previous service).
