Incoming - Olympics

Picked up this beauty today. Longines Conquest made for Munich Olympic games in 1972 when Longines was the official timekeeper. Have never seen one in this condition. Original bracelet and never polished. Movement is very crisp as well.

It appears to be in remarkable condition for the year. It has a cool stopwatch look. Congrats!

Thank you. I got it from my Rolex AD who is also a Longines AD. He has a small pre-owned section and it was there on display, seemingly for months.

Edit: in this condition, they are near impossible to find. I only see 5 offered in C24 and all in poor condition, missing original bracelet etc.

Thank you. It really is in perfect condition. It also runs +5s/day which is remarkable on itself. The winding sound is very crisp, so i doubt it was used much. AD told me they got it from original owner who only used it for a bit once he bought it and then was stuck in a drawer. Was never serviced.
