What's up with the date on my service card?

Hi,

I recently bought my first Rolex and I wonder about the date on the service card.
Shouldn't there be a real date like 2021/04/01 or similar?
What does this mean?

Looks like it was serviced in Italy and is dated July 2021.

And it looks okay you think? I've only seen pictures of cards with the classic date setup.

Lug 2021 is Luglio 2021, for July 2021.

The perfect watch you have there. Pepsi, Coke or Black insert on your GMT?

Hope is not a strategy.

Thanks for the info!
I bought my grail watch.
The pepsi's what I got.
I would like to have at least the coke bezel as well but I wouldn't dare to change it myself, even though I've fiddled quite a bit with cheaper watches.

Really nice GMT. I’m debating whether to get something like this vs. the ceramic one.

Its a bit too polished actually, but I'm working through that with myself. At least the polish is well done.

I always wanted the 16710.
I think it's perfectly in the middle. Not vintage enough that you have to worry whether it's still waterproof or not or if the link is too raggedy.
But still old enough to have that original look to it, as the legendary GMT Master (IMHO) should have.
I was careful to get the newest 16710 that still has the lugholes.
Gives the watch the tool-look I love with Rolex sport watches.
