What's up with the date on my service card?
Hi,
I recently bought my first Rolex and I wonder about the date on the service card. Shouldn't there be a real date like 2021/04/01 or similar? What does this mean? |

Looks like it was serviced in Italy and is dated July 2021.

I think it's perfectly in the middle. Not vintage enough that you have to worry whether it's still waterproof or not or if the link is too raggedy. But still old enough to have that original look to it, as the legendary GMT Master (IMHO) should have. I was careful to get the newest 16710 that still has the lugholes. Gives the watch the tool-look I love with Rolex sport watches. |
