One of my grey acquaintances told me he got a new YG YM2 from an AD. Over the years, this is not uncommon.

A grey dealer in Oxford, MS told me that they acquired a meteorite Pepsi from, I believe, an AD in Denver whom the owner has a relationship with. I don’t think many grey dealers are going to expose where they’re getting their supplies from, but I guess the warranty cards will be telling. Both parties have skin in the game to keep that under wraps. The grey because they don’t want to lose a source for supply. The AD because they don’t want to get busted by Rolex.
