I was told at 10.15 on the day the new Daytona came out that I was second on the list. I’m still waiting despite having a buyer history with them. I have recently had to deal with their ‘insurance section’, I can’t remember what this part of their business is called. I found them very bad. Their main interest was giving me what they wanted to give me as opposed to quickly accepting that there was not a direct replacement for my loss. They often say that they do things because Rolex tells them to. When pushed for proof of they, they go very quiet. I also speak as I find! |

I'll second this. The established clientele at Betteridge have deep relations possibly generations old, and with bloated pockets. It's difficult to build a new relationship with given the mega millionaires in the area. That aside, I'm curious to see how this move changes things for them. Though, if I had to guess, very little from the perspective of the customer, since they'd want to keep their legacy customers happy.
