I'm impressed with RSC customer service!

I am pretty impressed with the customer service from when I just had my Sub to the Dallas RSC for it's first service after 10 years of daily wear. Some of you saw my earlier post about the return shipping worry with FedEx overnight. The overnight shipping cost was $60 on top of the service charge. After my overnight shipping arrived on day three, I asked the RSC customer service rep if we could go after FedEx for the overnight portion of the shipping cost. She said she would certainly put that request into management. This was all over email correspondence. Well, yesterday, I was looking into my online bank account transactions and see a $60 credit posted from Rolex.

Thank You Rolex Customer Service, I appreciate You!

Cheers,

-Garry

nice! Garry, how long did it take for RSC to give you an estimate of the work to be done? I'll be sending mine in soon.

After Dallas RSC received my watch, they emailed me an official quote in about two weeks of so. I signed it and emailed it back on Sept 20th and received my watch back from being serviced the end of the first week of November.
