The 124060 is a great choice. I would get it without thinking too much.
It's truly the iconic sub and it's very versatile.
Go try it on... and then when you have it on your wrist decide if you want to pull the trigger or not.

I think it makes sense to add it to your collection - I would take it.

If you have to ask, you don't want it.

I too have a Hulk, and if I ever had money to burn I would add a Sub ND. Different enough to keep both.

If I were you and by the sound of your post, I would pass it up. I think there is so much demand and so many who genuinely want one it would be wrong for you to take it if in doubt. If you have to ask here it is not for you, it is that straight forward.

I think having the no-date Sub would be a welcome addition to your collection. Still different enough despite you having a Hulk and definitely iconic.

The Submariner ND is an iconic watch and always welcome in any collection. I would add it, wears it and enjoy it. I know I do with my 114060.

I chose the no date model because its the most iconic Rolex watch, it is simple with great aesthetic and fit, its the watch that made Rolex the brand that it is today.

I know in terms of desirability and resale value the date version performs better.

I would appreciate your advice.

Thanks,
i dont think a sub no date will add too much value to your current collection. my first rolex is the sub no date(because i hate the cyclop at that time), but then i got used to the cyclop somehow, sold the sub no date and bought a hulk. never regret it.

If you think you might want one, might as well buy it. Unless you can make a quick call and get another one. You have another watch with a date, this one might mix in quite well.

The no date is definitely an icon. I would add that to your collection.

Now if you said you were going to add a submariner date to your collection, in my eyes that may be bit redundant. But at the end of the day, you gotta decide what you like/want.

Good move. No dates are way better if you have the mental agility to know what date it is without looking at your watch.

Nice. Reading through the thread I was also going to suggest you buy the ND sub. Compared to your other Rolexes, it's the most versatile piece of the bunch.

Thanks,

Hulk or TT or whatever it is, nothing compares or compete with the black Sub. That anthracite thing of monochromatic beauty is so special you won’t regret owning a second.

A Sub LN will fit in nicely in a collection of Sub LV and your DJ blue dial

Well done, you made the correct choice.

The iconic original real Submariner should be in every collection.
