Looked down this morning and noticed the lume/sapphire dome was missing out of the pip of my SubC bezel.

This gets worn daily, so god only knows when/where it fell out.

After doing some research, it looks like replacing the whole pip assembly takes some work from RSC. However, I'm wondering if there's a DIY way to just fill the lume/sapphire dome since the pip is still there.

Honestly? You can probably buy something similar on ebay and super glue it in. Probably what I'd do.
