He has sold one watch in 2008 and purchased one and had a dispute about one.

Doesn't sound very good.

Claims he is a Reseller.

The Tag he has for sale is using stock photos and he's cut one in half and posted as if separate pics, there's something smelly about this seller my friend for sure.
