How big a wrist do you need to wear the brick?

I had the opportunity to buy a new blue dial brick this past weekend. It just seemed way too big for me. I thought this was strange because I used to wear an Alinghi offshore a number of years ago. I wear an SD 43 and it seems right. The brisk was too too heavy. Did I make a huge mistake?

Not a Brick, but same form factor. 7" flat wrist should do it. It's supposed to look substantial.

The details on this are so good.

OP, are you looking at it at a distance in a mirror or something? I find looking straight down at them often makes them look bigger than they really are.

It is a big and heavy watch. Took me some time to get used to it. Ended up putting it on a rubber strap and now it is much easier to wear.

Have to get it done by AP as it needs a converter kit. Cost about US$1k.Name: 20210629_145406.jpg

AP's smoked dials are sooo good - this, taupe 43mm and the new gold Jumbos.
