1989 Tudor Submariner bezel - how much would a replacement bezel reduce value?

I'm looking at a Tudor Submariner 79090 from 1989 that is in surprisingly good condition. I'm pretty sure it's not a redial as it looks a little aged and the tritium lume, while not patinated, has zero charge. Plus, the handset and dial lume do not differ in aged coloring. The bezel is nearly pristine though... almost no marks or signs of aging except for the lume pip no longer charging in light. (not tritium) The watch has no papers, and the seller got it from a reputable dealer but with little info on its history.

I'm definitely intrigued as it is in really great shape, and am reasonably sure it's original...except the bezel's mostly pristine state for a 30+ year old watch. The question is, should I even care? If it was determined at a later date that the bezel was replaced, would it tank the value of the watch?

You are referring to the bezel insert.

Pictures would help to confirm if it is a legitimate insert, service replacement or other..

The insert looks correct to me - definitely good condition for the age. I have a 79090 and everything on this looks correct to me. Very nice!
