How hard is it to get a YG DD 36?

I am considering buying myself a new 36mm yellow gold Day Date President with a champagne stick dial for my 50th. Is this reference hard to snag at an AD?

Nothing is easy nowadays for all Rolex but with some wait time is obtainable.

I think D-D 40 is harder to get than 36.

I like to think if you walk into an AD and ask the exact same question they would be able to help you. Great choice by the way.
