Experience with Watchmaxx?

Anyone bought from Watchmaxx? They have really good prices on new watches. Do their watches come with manufacturers warranty cards?

Thanks

I have bought a few watches from Watchmaxx and have liked them. They typically do not come with a manufactures warranty card just an inhouse warranty. I have never had to use the warranty. They are on EBay and are very aggressive with pricing and discounts. They want to sell and typically do not refuse inquires that are reasonable offers. Depending on the watch they maybe one of the best out there for pricing. I also think I got them to upgrade the shipping for no additional cost on at least one watch. Hope this helps.

Thanks William. That is very helpful. Sounds like they use the Jomashop model. I'm not against getting a watch w/o a manufacturer warranty, but it usually has a negative effect if you go to sell it. But their prices are about the best I've seen for new watches. Appreciate the feedback

Over time bought 3 watches from them, all Breitlings. If you call them they can tell you if they have a warranty card or not. It was $150 to $200 more each. No issues. All warranty cards I got where dated between 3 to 6 month of my purchase dates.

Why do they charge extra for the warranty card?

Would be a great question to ask them. I never asked they why behind it. I was informed this is how they did things many years ago and just went with it.

I bought a year ago Breitling Superocean 42 from them It was pretty good deal, paid $ 2640 for a brand new one. They had even some Superocean's below $2500 if with rubber. Watch came with two years Watchmaxx in house warranty, didn't know I can ask for a warranty card, maybe I will call and find but anyway watch is running great for now around + 3 sec per day and considering almost $ 1600 below retail I am happy with the deal. They have some other brands with pretty good prices, probably in future might look for Panerai Luminor 8 days. One thing you need to pay attention is when you order to check shipping - for some watches is 4-8 weeks even longer which makes me to thing they don't have them available. Other than that they are pretty reliable, but if you are looking for Rolex I strongly recommend David SW where I just got my DateJust 41 from, unworn with warranty card started Dec., 2021.

Thanks for posting. I'm looking at a Longines at 20% off retail. They also have a return policy, which gives me some peace of mind in case I don't love the watch.
