Audemars panda

Can anyone tell me why the Royal Oak chronograph/ panda has 2 basically identical models, but slightly different yet with the same reference? the outside of the hands on one are silver and the other black? Only just noticed this, and on the smaller dials also the same?

I think the "black" hands are just a reflection. The hands on mine are definitely silver, but I have a couple of photos where they look dark grey.

These are the same watches. No difference in subdial hand color. 100% how they were photographed and the light reflecting off of surroundings. I also own the 26331st panda and there are some lighting situations where subdials are impossible to read.

This - also the paint treatment on the 26315 fixed the legibility issue, I wonder if AP would swap subdial hands out or if you could source the parts to do the swap? Long shot but its part of the reason I went with the 38mm (love the size personally).
