Something does not add up.. guys can u help??

I came across a Black Seal with Pig and i was considering buying it. when i looked closer it was an H series one of 1500 with a clear back.. so it could not be a PAM292 which is covered back.. whereby they ran few with the pig at the first launch in 2006 - I series.. and this one with the pig is highly sought after... around 14,000 usd.

I can only assume that the watch i am looking at is the PAM183 (4000usd) but privatly PVD coated which makes sence.. but the PIG.. it is there stearing at me and i connot find any reference with a pig on the 183????? guys what do you make of this.. anyone with a bit of insight..??? could i be looking at a very good replica.. with an oversight pig?? or am i missing something??

here are the pix..

clearly smth is wrong here, it seems to be fake, the 183 as far as i know has never been produced with the Pig, this only comes with the 292 , next to that the 1st production Run off the 292 is in 07 , what makes this a J serial, there is no H serial run for this watch. The 183 has got a production run off 1500 in its H-series , but indeed again does not come with a Pig.
Also i dont see the stainless steel notification on the case back and the OP logo what you will also find on the case back, so i would stay well clear off it.

I've already covered this in the "watch out" section:

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=81891

The first photo from the eBay scam is stolen from watches.co.uk archive:

http://www.watches.co.uk/watch.php?wid=0648P

Note the time, the crown & how the eBay scam has been cropped.

Clearly something 'not right' about this watch and best avoided i'd say.

With reference to the posts earlier stating that there was no 'stainless steel notification on the case back' - i wouldnt have expected that on a genuine 292 anyway as its my understanding that the case is ceramic.

Loui - great picks ..

Indeed the 292 has got a ceramic case, the 183 or the other will have the stainless steel notification and the OP logo.. fakes are all over the place unfortunatelly , but that is similair to any brand..
