Looks great! Good price too!
Did they recommend any parts being replaced? Crown, pushers etc?

Tasted good though lol…

Congrats and the watch looks fantastic!

The BH RSC team is fantastic. Sounds like you spoke to Matilda, who is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Wear and enjoy that watch - it’s a beautiful Daytona indeed!

Could just be differences in the photographs? Up close I don’t really see much of a difference. The bezel was in really great condition with what is essentially marks from cotton shirt cuffs. No deep or large scratches anywhere. I feel the bezel was lightly polished at best. I have no way of knowing without being able to see Rolex polishing it first hand. I am just so happy to have my grail back so it’s all good for me!

RSC claims they don't polish these bezels. Probably just wiped yours with a jewelry cloth and no wheel.

Watch looks amazing. 20 years trouble free is a testament to Daytona quality. What a movement.

Yeah, I’m inspecting old bezel photos against new and not really seeing the difference.

Pretty amazing the quality of work found at BH RSC from my experience. I particularly like it that it is now walk in only. The entire experience is much more personable.

I agree. I really enjoyed the experience. When we went there in Dec, my wife and I and the lady who took my watch in were the only people there. Next time one of my watches needs to be serviced I’ll just time it again with visiting my sons in LA lol…

LOL, I don't live in LA anymore, but it is worth a trip to go to BH RSC imho.

Edit: I was in a rush though, but next time I'll ask for a tour. Not sure what will happen with that, but I've been doing business with them since 2004...maybe that will count for something.

Thanks for sharing Gary. Looks great. I'm planning to do the exact same with a never serviced, working great 20 year old Sub. Glad to hear that you had a great experience at BH RSC.

All the best.

I think that is who we spoke with. Extremely nice lady. We were there while LA was still strict with Covid protocols which even though we were first in to Rolex that morning, they were only dealing with one customer at a time. I will definitely deal with them in the future!!
