In any case, no idea what Rolex will release but I expect that it will be well received as always.
Personally much more interested in Tudor’s release this year specially after their teaser.
Tell me more

I predict Rolex will be at Basel World with the announcement that Archie Luxury is the new CEO.

Pure speculation, but I think the Millgauss and Airking are due a refresh. The Millgauss is well overdue. I think it's the oldest current model in the lineup by quite some margin.

Watches and Wonders is the Geveva watch show for 2022, Baselworld shot themselves in the foot, both feet, as when they cancelled, due to covid they did not refund the companies due to showcase there. Hence the change. As for predictions, discontinue Milgaus and Air King, new releases...ermmmm possibly the long awaited GMT Coke, possible red sub, or hulk but in all gold, or perhaps TT only, new dials for DJ 41. Anyway, hopefully something nice, if not obtainable.
